目的观察罗氏E-601电化学发光检测仪残留试剂的再利用。方法选取医院2015年9月-2016年3月待检测的20例患者的血清进行研究,将3瓶残留试剂混合为1瓶和原装试剂同时进行17个项目检测,比较检测结果。结果残留混合试剂与原装试剂检测结果只有E2、TSH、PRL、FT3、FT45个项目存在显著性差异(P<0.05),按照评价标准中的公式得出|F|>0.10,需对这5个项目的残留试剂重新进行定标检测。结论罗氏E-601电化学发光检测仪残留试剂的再利用情况分析得出再次检测时需要定标的只有E2、TSH、PRL、FT3、FT45个项目,其他项目的检测结果均和原装试剂无差异,可对残留试剂进行再次利用,降低检测的成本,提高经济效益。
Objective To observe the reusability of Roche E-601 Electrochemical Luminometer Residual Reagents. Methods The sera from 20 patients who were tested in hospital from September 2015 to March 2016 were selected and tested. 17 bottles of 3 bottles of residual reagent were mixed with original reagents for testing simultaneously, and the results were compared. Results There were significant differences (P <0.05) between E2, TSH, PRL, FT3 and FT in the test results of the residual mixed reagents and the original reagents.
