近20年来,我科共收治直肠癌病人205例,行根治术182人,有26例复发后第二次住院,其中18例再次得到切除,切除率为69%,现报告如下。临床资料18例中男14例,女4例,年龄31～68岁,平均54.8岁。其中首次手术行Dixon 术10例,Miles 术3例,腹骶手术3例,经腹肛门拉下术2例。从初次手术距第二次手术最长时间18年,最短6月,平均3年。再次手术:10例行Dixon 术者改Miles 术,3例Miles 术后再作会阴部冷冻扩大切除术,共中1例施行子宫、附件切除,腹骶及拉下各3例均改Miles 术。病理分期(Dukes):A 期2例,B 期2例,C 期14
In the past 20 years, 205 patients with rectal cancer have been treated in our department. Among them, 182 were undergone radical surgery. There were 26 cases of secondary hospitalization after relapse, of which 18 cases were re-excised and the resection rate was 69%. The current report is as follows. Clinical data in 18 cases of 14 males and 4 females, aged 31 to 68 years, mean 54.8 years old. Among them, the first operation was performed with Dixon in 10 cases, Miles in 3 cases, abdominal hernia surgery in 3 cases, and transabdominal anal pull down in 2 cases. The length of the second operation from the first operation is 18 years, the shortest is 6 months, and the average is 3 years. Re-operation: 10 cases of Dixon surgery to change Miles, 3 cases of Miles after perineal herniation resection, a total of 1 cases of uterus, appendix resection, ventral hernia and pull down 3 cases were changed Miles.
