在强调节能减排和可持续发展的国际背景下,被动式建筑技术得到了巨大的发展。就我国地区气候差异大,经济发展不平衡的现实国情而言,被动式设计是全面促进低能耗绿色建筑发展最为适宜的手段。在建筑方案设计先期就引入被动式策略对于建筑的气候调节能力的好坏最为关键。因此,建筑师需要充分理解被动式策略引入方案设计的基本原理和方法,结合不同类型建筑的功能需求、空间特性,在规划布局、建筑单体和构造材料各设计层面选择适宜和匹配的被动式策略,实现建筑功能、空间与被动式气候调节性能的完美结合。
Under the international background of emphasizing energy conservation and emission reduction and sustainable development, passive building technology has made tremendous progress. In terms of the current situation of our region where the climatic differences are large and the economic development is not balanced, passive design is the most appropriate means to promote the development of low-energy green buildings in an all-round way. The introduction of passive strategies early in the design of a building program is crucial to the quality of the building’s climate regulation. Therefore, architects need to fully understand the basic principles and methods of passive strategy introduction of program design. Combining the functional requirements and spatial characteristics of different types of architectures, architects should select suitable and matched passive strategies at each design level of planning layout, building unit and construction materials, The perfect combination of building function, space and passive climate control.
