针对高水电比重地区水电数量大、种类多,在系统中占主导地位的特点,提出基于高比重水电调峰能力的电站优化运行策略。该优化策略分为两层,其中电站年用水量优化层分配全年各月典型周可调电站总用水量,利用库容调节富裕或匮乏水量,使全年用水量跟随负荷电量变化趋势,一定程度上增强枯水期可调电站的发电能力。系统周电力优化层基于各月典型周可调电站分配水量优化可调电站与火电机组在周负荷曲线上各时刻出力,使水电出力尽可能平抑负荷波动,充分发挥水电调峰效益。对某高水电比重区域电网及其他不同水电比例系统进行仿真计算,算例结果验证了所提优化策略的正确性、有效性和通用性。
Aiming at the characteristics of large hydropower, large number of hydropower in the area with high proportion of hydropower and dominance in the system, the optimal operation strategy of hydropower station based on high peaking capacity of hydropower is proposed.
