国家能源局组织编写的《水电发展“十二五”规划(2011～2015年)》(以下简称《规划》)已于2012年7月公布。《规划》是我国“十二五”水电发展的纲领性文件,也是水电设备制造厂“十二五”产品发展的指导性文件。本文在研读《规划》的基础上,对“十二五”时期水电发展政策、水电发展目标、水电发展布局和重点开工水电项目进行论述,并对公司“十二五”时期水电设备开发提出了建议。 The “Hydropower Development” “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” (2011-2015) (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”) prepared by the National Energy Administration was released in July 2012. The “ ”Planning“ is the programmatic document for the hydropower development in China during the ”12th Five-Year Plan“ period and also the guiding document for the hydropower equipment manufacturer’s ”Twelfth Five-Year Plan“ product development. Based on the study of ”Planning“, this paper discusses the hydropower development policies, hydropower development targets, hydropower development layout and key hydropower projects during the ”12th Five-Year Plan" period. Equipment development made recommendations.
