在“大众创业,万众创新”的社会背景下,笔者所在的广州商学院法律系着力于培养广东省基层法治人才,选择了“校地互动”模式进行教学改革,教育应当走校地合作人才培养模式,通过实施“请进来与走出去”的方式,在实践教学改革方面取得了可喜的成绩,但也存在教学观念变革滞后,没有适用的教材,教学评价体系的重建与重构等问题需要继续不断的完善。
