电视唱片技术又称光盘存储技术,是上海城重点科研攻关项目,这项科研任务由上海市激光研究所负责,于1981年开始研究,上海光学仪器厂、上无二厂、中国唱片厂及上海钢铁研究所等十多个单位参加联合攻关,经过五年的工作,已在“光盘存储”的各单元技术和总体技术方面完成了研究任务,取得了可喜的成果。1985年10月25～26日在03单位鉴定,参加技术鉴定会单位共20多个,计60多名代表,这项新的技术研究的成功,填补了国内存储技术的空白,鉴定会上对上海钢铁研究所
TV recording technology, also known as optical disc storage technology, is a key scientific research project in Shanghai City. This scientific research task is under the responsibility of the Shanghai Laser Institute and began research in 1981. Shanghai Optical Instrument Factory, Shanghai No. 2 Factory, Chinese Recording Factory, and Shanghai More than a dozen units such as the Iron and Steel Research Institute participated in the joint research. After five years of work, the research tasks have been completed in each unit technology and overall technology of “disc storage”, and gratifying results have been achieved. From Oct. 25th to Oct. 26th, 1985, the company identified at 03 units and participated in more than 20 technical appraisal meeting units, representing more than 60 delegates. The success of this new technology research fills the gap of domestic storage technology and the appraisal meeting Shanghai Iron and Steel Institute
