1.以感染病毒后的鸡胚为抗元(冻融法)同恢复期血清试验中,血清阳性率21.4%,以正常鸡胚为抗元,所出现的血清非特异反应率24.7%,所谓抗元阳性率高达90%以上,由于非特异反应强和各正常鸡胚抗元性能上的差异,最后认为此种抗元在补体结合试验中,实用价值不大。2.消除非特异性反应:血清方面,认为六种处理方法中的吸收后再通以CO_2的方法较好,能消除半数血清非特异性反应,但要影响特异效价。抗元方面,加温处理无明显效果,经乙醚处理,可降低非特异性的强度,但敏感性要减低,同时特异性问题,仍未解决。3.用豚鼠肝脏抗元作补体结合反应;血清阳性率较高43.5%,非特异反应较低7.6%,且各正常豚鼠肝脏抗元性能上的差异不大。因此认为此种抗元比鸡胚抗元为佳。4.对豚鼠肝脏抗元,共作了16例的双分血清试验,其中有三例黄疸型肝炎的恢复期血清比早期血清增长4倍效价,但对正常抗元,有一例也出现了4倍增长。至于此种反应性质,文中作了简略讨论,并认为此种抗元具有一定特异性的效能。

Therefore, it is considered that this kind of resistance is better than chicken embryo resistance. 4. In the guinea pig liver resistance, a total of 16 double serum tests were performed. Three cases of convalescent jaundice had a 4 fold higher titer than those of early sera, but 4 of them had a normal resistance. Times increase.
