最近,一些学者提出,我国企业需要在现有成功经验的基础上,围绕建立现代企业制度和技术进步向纵深发展,特别要注意把握以下管理创新的新趋势。 1.推进组织结构的调整重建,使其向柔性化和多样化发展 组织结构被称为企业的“骨骼”系统,其创新主要表现在:(1)企业组织规模结构的适度化和虚拟化;(2)管理组织结构的网络化、柔性化和扁平化。(3)生产业务组织的再造和结构的柔性化。
