作者应用凝集素PNA、PSA、BSL观察了新疆妇女宫颈上皮细胞癌变过程中细胞复合糖类的变化。PNA受体的表达与宫颈上皮细胞的分化关系密切。正常宫颈上皮基底细胞阳性,棘层和表层细胞PNA受体阴性,去分化后有丰富的PNA受体表达。宫颈上皮细胞PNA受体的出现可被认为是上皮细胞去分化的标志。PSA受体在宫颈上皮细胞癌变过程中呈递增趋势,然而PSA受体与宫颈上皮细胞的分化状态关系不大。
The authors used lectin PNA, PSA, BSL observed in Xinjiang women’s cervical epithelial cells during carcinogenesis of complex carbohydrate changes. PNA receptor expression and cervical epithelial cell differentiation are closely related. Normal cervical epithelial basal cells were positive, stratum spinosum and epidermal cells PNA receptor negative, after dedifferentiation, rich in PNA receptor expression. The occurrence of cervical epithelial PNA receptors can be considered as a sign of dedifferentiation of epithelial cells. PSA receptor in cervical epithelial cells during carcinogenesis showed an increasing trend, however, PSA receptor and cervical epithelial cell differentiation status is not.
