目的探讨数字X线摄影(DR)调节控制超短时间曝光在婴幼儿胸部摄影中的应用价值。方法随机抽取我院DR调节控制及固定控制的婴幼儿胸片各100例,由放射科中级以上医技师各2名对所有胸部X线片质量进行分析,分别统计甲、乙、丙及废片率,同时对婴幼儿胸部的细微结构显示率进行评价。结果DR调节控制婴幼儿胸部影像:甲片率70%,乙片率20%,丙片率10%,废片率0%;DR固定控制婴幼儿胸部影像:甲片率42%,乙片率48%,丙片率27%,废片率2%。婴幼儿肺内的细微结构显示率:DR调节控制影像为100%,DR固定控制影像为90%。结论DR调节控制的婴幼儿胸部影像的诊断图像质量明显好于DR固定控制影像,有利于放射诊断。
Objective To explore the application value of digital radiography (DR) control to control ultra-short time exposure in infants chest radiography. Methods A total of 100 cases of infants and young children with DR control and fixed control were randomly selected. The quality of all the chest radiographs was analyzed by two medical technicians of mid-level and above radiology. The statistics of A, B, C and waste films Rate, at the same time on the infants and young children chest microstructure evaluation rate. Results DR regulation and control of infants and young children chest imaging: 70% of the rate of A, B rate of 20%, the rate of 10% of film, scrap rate 0%; DR fixed control of chest and infant images: a rate of 42% 48%, 27% of the film, scrap film rate of 2%. Infants and young children showed fine structure within the lungs: DR regulation control imaging was 100%, DR fixed control imaging was 90%. Conclusion The diagnostic image quality of breast imaging in infants and toddlers under DR control is better than that of DR fixed control images, which is good for radiological diagnosis.
