什么叫企业文化?就是以优秀的思想对企业职工的行为进行潜在的指导,不断地对职工进行熏陶、教育,从而充分发挥职工的能动性。 在今天这样一个时代,人民已经普遍认识到:企业文化是企业的一笔巨大的无形资产,是发展生产力的潜在能源。不同企业文化可以塑造出不同素质的员工;不同素质的员工,则会创造出有着质的差异的生产力的诸要素。在如何挖掘企业生产力潜在能源这一问题上,许多成功的企业家在经营实践中达成了共识,认识到:必须努力调动员工的积极性和创造性,要调动员工的主体精神,必须关爱他们,关爱他们甚至直接关心生产。
