目的:分析探讨神经肌电图检测在运动神经元病的早期诊断中的价值。选择我院2011年1月-2012年1月接受治疗的36例运动神经元病患者,采用肌电诱发电位仪分别对测定患者的神经传导速度(NCV)和肌电图(EMG)。肌电图(EMG)结果显示出患者出现了广泛性神经源性改变,有8(23.8%)例患者在检查结果中显示其运动神经传导速度减慢,有14(35.53%)例患者检查结果显示神经末端潜伏期延长,所有患者均进行神经传导速度的测定结果显示正常。对运动神经元病检测的方法中,肌电图检测方法较明显,若检测结果显示运动单位电位时限延长,表示运动神经元已经受损,临床应用神经肌电图检测该症能对患者神经生理变化反应明确有效,对运动神经元的临床早期鉴别病变效果十分显著,对运动神经元病的临床治疗具有指导意义。
Objective: To analyze the value of neuromuscular examination in the early diagnosis of motor neuron disease. Thirty-six patients with motor neuron disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were enrolled in this study.
