目的:研究大孔吸附树脂富集纯化白簕叶总皂苷。方法:以白簕叶总皂苷产率为评价指标,考察静态吸附量和解吸率筛选出最适型号树脂,再对上样pH值、动态吸附流速、最佳上样量、洗脱剂浓度等纯化工艺条件参数进行研究。结果:大孔吸附树脂法纯化白簕叶总皂苷的最优条件为:选用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂,吸附液pH值为5~6,吸附流速为1.0mL/min,吸附液用量与树脂体积比为4∶1,洗脱剂为70%乙醇,洗脱剂用量与树脂体积比为4∶1,解吸流速为2.0mL/min。
Objective: To study the enrichment and purification of total saponins from white peony leaves with macroporous resin. Methods: The total saponin yield was used as the evaluation index. The optimal adsorption capacity and desorption rate were selected to screen out the most suitable resin, pH value, dynamic adsorption flow rate, best sample volume, eluent concentration, etc. The parameters of the purification process conditions were studied. Results: The optimal conditions for purifying the total saponins of Angelica sinensis by macroporous adsorption resin method were as follows: AB-8 type macroporous adsorption resin was used. The pH value of the adsorption solution was 5-6, the adsorption flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the amount of adsorption solution was The volume ratio of the resin was 4:1, the eluent was 70% ethanol, the eluent amount to resin volume ratio was 4:1, and the desorption flow rate was 2.0 mL/min.
