7月21日,中国互联网络信息中心(CNNIC)发布第16次中国互联网发展状况统计报告,中国网民数达到了1.03亿人,半年增加了900万,上网计算机数达到4560万台。统计中还有一个值得重视的数据:宽带(xDSL、CableModem等)成为网民上网首选方式,用户数达5300万人,首次超过拨号上网用户。专家评论说,这说明中国互联网已经从K时代进入M时代(拨号上网的速度是KB,宽带上网的速度是MB),下一步将迈向G时代。
On July 21, CNNIC released the 16th Statistical Report on Internet Development in China. The number of netizens in China reached 103 million, an increase of 9 million in six months and 45.6 million in terms of Internet access. Statistics also have a worthy of attention to the data: Broadband (xDSL, CableModem, etc.) become the preferred way for Internet users to access the Internet, the number of users up to 5300 people, for the first time more than dial-up Internet users.
