介绍了径向水平钻进技术原理及技术关键。分析了地面全尺寸模拟水平钻进试验及锦45-04-19井水平钻进试验情况。探讨了旋转射流的破岩能力、转向器的送进能力、钻头轨迹及柔性钻杆的抗变形能力对径向水平钻进的影响。在锦45-04-19井的试验成功表明,该项技术具有可行性和经济性,应用前景广阔,对开采我国东部油区剩余油、提高采收率和经济效益有十分重要的现实意义。
The principle and technical key of radial horizontal drilling are introduced. The ground full scale simulation level drilling test and horizontal drilling test of Jin 45-04-19 well are analyzed. The influence of the rock breaking ability of rotating jet, the feeding ability of steering gear, the track of drill bit and the anti-deformability of flexible drill pipe on radial horizontal drilling is discussed. The successful test in Jin 45-04-19 shows that the technology is feasible and economical, and has broad application prospects. It is of great practical significance for the exploitation of the remaining oil in the eastern oil region of our country to enhance oil recovery and economic benefits.
