用少铕混合氯化稀土溶液为原料,选用喷雾———沸腾造粒法制取粒状混合氯化稀土的半工业实验。实验表明,制得粒状物含REO60—64%,结晶水2.5—5%,水不溶物2.5—8.4%,粒径1.0—2.0毫米,呈灰白色球状。将粒状物在1000A熔盐电解槽内进行电解稀土金属获得了较好的效果。这是一次成功的实验,也是寻找到制取粒状混合氯化稀土的新途径。
With rare earth europium mixed rare earth chloride solution as raw material, the choice of spray --- boiling granulation method for preparing granular mixed rare earth chloride mixed industrial experiments. Experiments show that the resulting granular material containing REO 60-64%, 2.5-5% of water of crystallization, water insoluble 2.5-8.4%, particle size 1.0-2.0 mm, was off white spherical. The granular material in the 1000A molten salt electrolysis electrolysis rare earth metal obtained good results. This is a successful experiment, but also to find a new way to obtain granular mixed rare earth chloride.
