列宁格勒加里宁综合技术研究院研制成功在车床上使用的带有负载误差补偿校正的液压随动装置,如图1所示。该装置采用四边工作滑阀11和滑座1。滑座上装有刀具2可在滚柱导轨18上移动,利用压力负反馈补偿负载误差。活动套10的两端镗有孔,内装弹性推杆6和15,组成控制室8和14。液压缸的工作腔通过节流阀4、17分别与8和14室相通。套10用球面顶压在壳体上。壳体与液压缸刚性联接。油泵13和溢流阀向系统供给压力油。装置的工作原理:控制信号从输入装置经放大器进入机电转换器7调整随动阀的位置。当随动阀向左移动时,液压缸左腔内的压力P_1迅速上升,而右腔内
The Leningrad Kalinin Institute of Technology developed a hydraulic follow-up device with load error compensation correction, which is successfully used in the lathe, as shown in Fig.1. The device uses a four-sided work slide valve 11 and the carriage 1. Sliding seat with a tool 2 can be moved on the roller guide 18, the use of pressure negative feedback to compensate for load error. The two ends of the movable sleeve 10 are bored with holes and are equipped with elastic push rods 6 and 15 to form the control chambers 8 and 14. The working chamber of the hydraulic cylinder is communicated with the chambers 8 and 14 through the throttle valves 4 and 17, respectively. The cover 10 is pressed against the housing with a spherical surface. Housing rigidly connected with the hydraulic cylinder. The oil pump 13 and the relief valve supply pressurized oil to the system.
