利用初始导磁率ui=40的镁锌铁氧体材料试制彩电用φ4×6电感线圈磁芯,应用标准陶瓷工艺,在配方中加入少量的Co~(+2)离子及微量的Ca~(+2)离子,可使试制样品的品质因素Q提高20%左右。高温预烧可使材料的具有高饱和磁感应强度(Bs);将配方中Fe_2O_3,含过量的SiO_2、杂质Si~(+2)赶在晶界,减少晶格畸变;同时提高晶界电阻率p,进一步加强Co~(+2)离子对畴壁的钉扎作用,从而获得样品的高Q值。与此同时,由于高温预烧,材料收缩率减少,烧结温区变宽,可获得较高的合格率,便于大规模生产。样品出炉放置120小时后,其Q值可增加20%,究其原因,认为是Co~(+2)离子扩散充分,材料内部磁矩稳定的结果,使试制样品性能赶上了日本同类产品的水平。
Magnesium-zinc ferrite materials with initial magnetic permeability ui = 40 were used to manufacture the φ4 × 6 inductor core of color TV.
