详细论述了荧光发生斯托克位移 (Stoke′sshift)的机理 ,运用荧光的斯托克位移现象确定激发光源的波长范围 ,为干涉滤光片的镀膜工艺提供了依据。并介绍了新近研制成功的医用定量荧光强度测试仪的测量原理、数学模型以及光学上的关键技术。最后指出了该仪器的应用前景。
The mechanism of Stokes’shift in fluorescence was discussed in detail. The wavelength range of excitation light source was determined by the Stokes shift of fluorescence, which provided the basis for the coating process of interference filter. And introduced the newly developed medical quantitative fluorescence intensity measuring instrument measuring principle, mathematical model and optical key technologies. Finally, the application prospect of the instrument is pointed out.
