诊断相关分组的定额预付补偿制度(DRG_s—PPS)自1983年在美国实施后,又经西方多国验证,对病种医疗的保质降耗起到极其重要的作用,国内对此已进行了各种尝试,本文仅就消化性溃疡(ICD—9:531～534)在我院部分质量指标及合理用药的调研情况作一简要分析。
