目的：观察疏肝解郁、消痞方药为主治疗慢性胃炎的疗效。方法：选用疏肝解郁、消痞方药内服1剂／a，7d为1疗程。结果：治愈32例，好转26例，无效2例，总有效率96．6％。结论：疏肝解郁、消痞对保护胃黏膜，预防肠上皮化生，以及异常增生有一定的疗效。是治疗慢性胃炎的有效方法。
