目前,难治疾病的中药疗法已日益受到重视。对中药治疗慢性肝炎的有效性及其作用机制也进行了研究。一、治疗肝病的中药方剂及其作用很早以前,对于相当于现在肝脏病的疾病就运用了柴胡剂、活血化瘀剂、利胆剂、利湿剂等中药方剂。柴胡剂是从含有柴胡的7～10种生药混合物中提取出的一种物质,含有柴胡皂苷等各种皂苷类生理活性物质。在慢性肝炎的治疗中具有抗炎,免疫调节、膜稳定及诱导干扰素等多种作用。根据证的不同,分别应用小柴胡汤、大柴胡汤、柴胡桂枝汤等活血化瘀剂由数种生药制成,有降低血液粘度、降血脂及抗炎等作用。在肝病治疗中还具有改善肝血流障碍的作用。具体应用的药有桂枝茯苓丸、黄连解毒汤等。二、中药疗法改善慢性肝炎的肝功能中药治疗慢性肝炎的疗效于1977～1983年间作了调查。临床诊断为慢性肝炎102例,年龄20～69岁,男性76例,女性26例,乙型25例,非乙型77例,给予小柴胡汤和桂枝茯苓丸,分别5g/日(低量组)和7.5g/日(高量组)。在疗效的判定方面,为了尽量减少疾病本身及医生方
