目的调查福建省政和县并殖吸虫病病原虫种、宿主及其感染率。方法收集全县每个乡镇各1~2个村的螺、蟹及野猫粪便标本,做并殖吸虫尾蚴、囊蚴的感染率、感染度及虫卵检查。结果卫氏并殖吸虫和斯氏并殖吸虫两种成虫取自溪蟹中的囊蚴感染猫。放逸短沟蜷为卫氏并殖吸虫第一中间宿主,感染率为0.05%(2/3 674),建瓯拟小豆螺为斯氏并殖吸虫第一中间宿主,感染率为0.29%(16/5 641);小桥拟钉螺无阳性发现。检查福建华溪蟹、中华绒螯蟹、浙江华溪蟹闽东亚种、政和博特溪蟹新种和福建博特溪蟹共387只,发现囊蚴者74只,阳性率为19.12%;其中福建博特溪蟹、中华绒螯蟹和浙江华溪蟹闽东亚种均无阳性发现。4份野猫粪便中的1份检出并殖吸虫虫卵。结论政和县为卫氏并殖吸虫病和斯氏并殖吸虫病的疫源地,放逸短沟蜷、建瓯拟小豆螺为主要第一中间宿主;福建华溪蟹和政和博特溪蟹为主要第二中间宿主,野猫为保虫宿主。
Objective To investigate the paragonimiasis, host and infection rate of paragonimiasis in Zhenghe County, Fujian Province. Methods The specimens of snails, crabs and wild cats from 1 to 2 villages and towns in every township of the county were collected and the infection rate, infection rate and egg examination of cercariae and metacercariae of Paragonimus were assessed. Results Two adult Paragonimus westermani and Paragonimus westermani were taken from cats infected with metacercariae in crabs. The first intermediate host of Paragonimus westermani was released with short groove curled up, the infection rate was 0.05% (2/3 674), and Jianou was the first intermediate host of Paragonimus spp., The infection rate was 0.29% 16/5 641). There was no positive finding in the snail of the bridge. A total of 387 new species of Huaxi crabs, Chinese mitten crabs, Zhejiang Huaxi crab, Fujian province, Zhejiang province, Jiangxi province, Jiangxi province and Boersi crabs were detected, and 74 of them were found, the positive rate was 19.12% Fujian Bot Creek crab, Chinese mitten crab and Zhejiang Huaxi crab Fujian East Asia were no positive. One of four wildcat excrements detected paragonimus eggs. Conclusions Zhenghe County is the first intermediate host for Paragonimus westermani and Paragonimus spp., And escapes short ditch curling. As the main second intermediate host, the wild cat is a host for insect protection.
