本文指出用电磁超声法可以在热轧钢棒上激发出沿棒材表面周向传播的水平偏振横波,并且该种方法已具有工业探伤的应用价值。 用该种方法可以同时激发出传播方向相反的两束声。这两束声在棒面上传播必然会引起声干涉。这种干涉是一般探伤人员不希望的。本文反其道的提出了利用干涉,使用大螺距旋转传动的探伤方案。并对用该种方法探伤中的一些问题进行了探讨。 本文作者用自制的EMA—Ⅲ设备,对小直径热轧钢棒进行了大量现场探伤试验。试验结果完全证明了上述论点。本文还指出把这种方法直接引入到中直径,甚至大直径热轧棒表面探伤的可行性。
This paper points out that the use of electromagnetic ultrasonic method can stimulate the hot rolled steel rod along the bar surface circumferentially propagating horizontal polarized shear wave, and this method has the value of industrial testing. With this method can simultaneously stimulate the opposite direction of the two beams of sound. It is inevitable that these two beats propagate on the stick, causing sound interference. This kind of interference is generally not wanted by inspectors. In the reverse way, this paper presents a testing program that utilizes interference and uses large-pitch rotational drive. And explored some problems in flaw detection with this kind of method. The author uses homemade EMA-III equipment to carry out a large number of field tests on small diameter hot-rolled steel bars. The test results fully prove the above argument. The paper also points out the feasibility of introducing this method directly into the surface inspection of medium diameter and even large diameter hot rolling rods.
