目的:探讨高原移居战士负荷运动前后氧化/抗氧化状态及红益胶囊的抗氧化效果。方法:对平原入伍到海拔3 800m高原地区6~24个月健康男性战士8名,分别在服用红益胶囊前及服药5、8d检测运动前静息状态、运动后30 min时的血清8-iso PGF2α、MDA、SOD、GSH-Px水平的变化。结果:与静息状态比较,服药前、服药5、8d,运动后血清8-PGF2a、MDA水平明显增高(均P<0.01),血清SOD、GSH-Px水平明显降低(均P<0.01);与服药前运动后比较,服药后8d,运动后血清8-PGF2a、MDA水平明显降低(均P<0.01),血清SOD、GSH-Px水平明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:移居高原战士运动后存在明显的氧化应激,红益胶囊能明显减轻运动后氧化应激性损伤。
Objective: To investigate the oxidation / antioxidation status of Hongji migrant soldiers before and after exercise and the antioxidative effect of Hongyi Capsule. Methods: Eight healthy male warriors from 6 to 24 months were enrolled in the plains to reach the altitude of 3800m. The resting state before exercising and the taking of medicine for 5 and 8 days before taking Hongyi Capsule were detected respectively. Serum 8- iso PGF2α, MDA, SOD, GSH-Px levels. Results: Compared with the resting state, the levels of serum 8-PGF2a and MDA were significantly increased (all P <0.01) and the levels of serum SOD and GSH-Px were significantly decreased 5 and 8 days after taking the medicine (all P <0.01) Compared with that before exercise, the level of serum 8-PGF2a and MDA decreased significantly (all P <0.01) and the level of serum SOD and GSH-Px increased significantly (P <0.01 or P <0.05) 8 d after taking the medicine. Conclusion: There is obvious oxidative stress after moving to plateau, and Hongyi Capsule can obviously reduce oxidative stress injury after exercise.
