多能造血干细胞(CFU-S)存在多种受体和表面抗原。在体外,肾上腺素、胆碱和组织胺H_2等受体的激动剂可促使CFU-S从Go期进入S期。用小鼠脑免疫的兔血清(RAMBS)可灭活90~95%的CFU-S,增加抗血清浓度也不能灭活其余5~10%的CFU-S。CFU-S/CFU_(GEMM)存在Ia(样)抗原和其它抗原。Ia(样)抗原与细胞周期状态密切相关。
There are multiple receptors and surface antigens in multipotential hematopoietic stem cells (CFU-S). In vitro, agonists such as epinephrine, choline and histamine H 2 receptors promote CFU-S entry from the Go phase to the S phase. Rabbit serum (RAMBS) immunized with mouse brain can inactivate 90-95% of CFU-S. Increasing antiserum concentration can not inactivate the remaining 5-10% of CFU-S. CFU-S / CFU (GEMM) presents Ia (antigen) and other antigens. Ia (like) antigen and cell cycle status are closely related.
