合同管理是项目管理的一个重要组成部分,贯穿于整个项目管理的全过程,主要包括招投标管理、合同签订和合同执行三个方面。对重大工程项目而言,精益合同管理具有独特的优势。结合精益管理思想,分别从创新机制、突出重点、风险防控和标准管理四个方面构建了重大工程项目精益合同管理模式。最后,以安谷水电站项目为例,从上述四个方面分析并具体应用精益合同管理模式,由此安谷水电站项目合同管理工作得以有效开展,取得了满意的效果。
Contract management is an important part of project management, which runs through the whole process of project management, including bidding management, contract signing and contract execution. For major projects, lean contract management has unique advantages. In combination with lean management thought, the lean contract management mode of major construction projects has been constructed respectively from four aspects: innovation mechanism, emphasis, risk prevention and control and standard management. Finally, taking the An Valley hydropower project as an example, the lean contract management mode is analyzed and concretely applied from the above four aspects. Therefore, the project contract management of the An Valley hydropower station has been carried out effectively and satisfactory results have been achieved.
