本文对新型垂直筛板液滴粒度分布及物性对液滴粒度的影响进行了研究,研究结果表明:液滴粒度分布可用上限对数正态分布函数来描述;液体物性中粘度是影响液体分散程度的主要因素,在罩顶空间,液滴的Sauter平均粒径随粘度的增加而减小,在罩间的结果则相反.
In this paper, the droplet size distribution and physical properties of the new vertical sieve plate were studied. The results show that the droplet size distribution can be described by the logarithm normal distribution function of the upper limit; the viscosity in the liquid physical properties is the influence of liquid dispersion degree , The Sauter mean droplet size decreases with increasing viscosity in the headroom, with the opposite result in the hood.
