用听性脑干反应(ABR)和透射电镜技术,连续观察中强度慢性噪声暴露后豚鼠耳蜗血管纹的改变。结果发现,血管纹损害在各个部位和各个时期的表现各不相同(分为4个类型),且与纹血管损害关系密切。提示慢性噪声对血管纹的损害主要是对纹血管的损害。并对噪声致血管纹损害的发展过程及其与噪声性聋的关系进行讨论。
The auditory brainstem response (ABR) and transmission electron microscopy were used to observe the change of stria vascularis in guinea pigs exposed to moderate-intensity chronic noise exposure. The results showed that vascular lesion in different parts and at different times of the performance of different (divided into four types), and is closely related to the damage of the vascular. Tip chronic vascular damage to the vascular pattern is mainly on the vascular damage. The development of noise-induced vascular lesion and its relationship with noise-induced deafness were also discussed.
