前段时间国内发生的两起悲剧轰动一时。一起是导致47人死亡的厦门公交车纵火案;一起是南京两名女童被饿死事件。这两起事件的具体详情无须再赘述了,但令人疑惑的是,事发至今已过去了相当一段时间,甚至已快要淡出人们的视线,却不见有任何部门或个人出来对上述事件承担应有的责任,反而屡屡看到媒体报道相关部门的推诿塞责。如果相关部门持这种态度,那么类似事件又怎么能够避免呢?以厦门纵火案为例,犯罪嫌疑人陈水总被当场烧死,法律已经无从追究其刑事责任。但经媒体曝光之后,我们看到了陈的遗书、了解了陈的凄凉生活,以及他在向当地
