亚硫酸盐废碱液和聚合物水溶液作为零件淬火的冷却介质,目前在苏联的热处理工艺中应用日益广泛。亚硫酸盐废碱液是生产纸浆及纸张的副产品,也是木素磺酸盐的复全体。这种复合体是用亚硫酸盐煮植物原料反应而得到的非纤维素组成的多相混合物,它可无限地与水混合,而且有较强的抗分解稳定性。苏联白俄罗斯化学机械工艺设计院的科研人员,在15家机械制造厂用各种型号的钢(从普通碳钢到高合金钢)进行了试验,其结果表明由38Cr、40CrNi、38CrNi、3MoVA、40Cr2Ni4MoA等结构钢制成的零件在亚硫酸盐废碱液和聚合物水溶液中淬火效果最好。
Sulfite spent lye and polymer aqueous solution quench as a cooling medium, is currently in the Soviet Union’s heat treatment process is increasingly widely used. Sulfite waste lye is a by-product of the production of pulp and paper, but also lignin sulfonate complex. This complex is a heterogeneous mixture of non-cellulosic material obtained by reacting sulfite with plant material, which can be mixed with water indefinitely and has strong anti-decomposition stability. The researchers from the Belarusian Institute of Chemical Machinery Technology of the Soviet Union conducted experiments with various types of steel (from ordinary carbon steel to high-alloy steel) at 15 machinery factories and the results showed that the alloy produced by 38Cr, 40CrNi, 38CrNi, 3MoVA, 40Cr2Ni4MoA Structural steel and other parts made of sulfite spent lye and polymer solution quenching the best.
