新中国成立初期是我国历史上劳资矛盾表现较为突出而又集中的一个时期。这时期党和政府在政治上紧紧依靠广大的工人阶级,在经济上认真实行新民主主义的经济政策,通过制度设计和行政措施不仅解决了大量存在着的劳资纠纷,保证了社会稳定,赢得了劳资双方的高度赞誉,而且政府在劳资关系处理上积极主动的做法,为我们协调新时期的劳资矛盾提供了丰富的经验。
The founding of New China was a period in which the labor-management conflicts in our country’s history were more prominent and concentrated.
