目前Fe—Si—B非晶态合金材料不能在变压器上广泛应用的主要原因是利用高纯铁和Fe—B生产液体合金的成本太高。新开发的还原精炼法可利用传统炼钢设备,以废钢和硼矿为原料生产Fe—5Si—3B液体合金,完全不用高纯铁和硼铁。采用该工艺生产Fe—Si—B合金时,普通炼钢设备无需重大改造,也不需要增设特殊设备。影响冶炼结果的主要因素是炉子尺寸、吹氩搅拌能力、温度控制和选择合适的耐火材料、还原剂、渣料。在正常操作条件下,合金熔体的S、N和其他残余元素含量都很低,这种液体合金很适于生产非晶态材料。
At present, the main reason that Fe-Si-B amorphous alloy materials can not be widely used in transformers is that the cost of producing liquid alloys using high-purity iron and Fe-B is too high. The newly developed reduction refining method can use traditional steelmaking equipment to produce Fe-5Si-3B liquid alloy from scrap and boron ore without the use of high purity iron and ferroboron. When this process is used to produce Fe-Si-B alloy, ordinary steel-making equipment does not need major modification and no special equipment is needed. The main factors affecting the smelting results are furnace size, argon blowing capacity, temperature control and selection of suitable refractory, reductant, slag. Under normal operating conditions, alloy melt S, N and other residual elements are very low, this liquid alloy is suitable for the production of amorphous materials.
