面对新的竞争环境与挑战,有效管理人力资源将成为企业组织获取竞争优势的重要来源。人力资源管理信息化和ERP、CRM等企业信息化前沿问题一样,正日益受到企业和社会的广泛重视。目前,我国中小企业数量庞大,占企业总数的99.5%,其工业总产值和实现利税分别占全国总数的60%和40%。中小企业的发展已对整个国民经济发展,对提升我国企业的总体国际竞争力起着不容忽视的支持和促进作用。本文先从人力资源管理信息化的优势入手,分析了我国中小企业人力资源管理信息化现状,在此基础上提出了这些问题的应对方案。
Faced with new competitive environment and challenges, effective management of human resources will become an important source of competitive advantage for business organizations. Human resources management information and ERP, CRM and other corporate information frontier issues, are increasingly being widely valued by enterprises and society. At present, the number of SMEs in our country is huge, accounting for 99.5% of the total number of enterprises. Their gross industrial output value and realized profits and taxes account for 60% and 40% of the total respectively. The development of small and medium-sized enterprises has played an important role of support and promotion for the development of the entire national economy and the enhancement of the overall international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises. This article starts with the advantages of human resources management informationization, analyzes the status quo of human resources management informationization of SMEs in our country, and puts forward the solutions to these problems.
