风机系统大多都是大滞后、强耦合、非线性的系统,针对传统的PID控制、开环恒压频比控制对风机这类负载达不到理想的控制效果,提出了基于模糊RBF神经网络控制的风机综合节电控制器的设计方案,将变频调速和功率因数补偿结合,分析了综合节电控制器的原理、建立数学模型以及模糊RBF神经网络控制器的设计,并进行MATLAB仿真。
