目的:探讨CD4+CD25h igh调节(抑制)性T细胞在小细胞肺癌患者外周血中的表达情况及其意义。方法:应用流式细胞技术检测40例初诊小细胞肺癌患者,18例CE及CAP方案交替化疗后完全缓解的小细胞肺癌患者外周血中的CD4+CD25h ighT细胞,计算它们占CD4+T细胞的比率。结果:初诊小细胞肺癌患者CD4+CD25h ighT细胞占CD4+T细胞的比率(6.69±2.32)%,高于健康对照组(4.13±1.25)%(P<0.01);经化疗后完全缓解的小细胞肺癌患者外周血CD4+CD25h ighT细胞占CD4+T细胞的比率与初诊时相比无明显变化。结论:小细胞肺癌患者外周血中CD4+CD25h igh调节T细胞占CD4+T细胞的比率增高,它们对小细胞肺癌患者具有免疫抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of CD4 + CD25h high-regulated (suppressor) T cells in peripheral blood of patients with small cell lung cancer. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect CD4 + CD25h high T cells in peripheral blood of 40 patients with newly diagnosed small cell lung cancer and 18 patients with complete remission after CE and CAP regimen chemotherapy. Their CD4 + T cell count ratio. Results: The ratio of CD4 + CD25h high T cells to CD4 + T cells in newly diagnosed small cell lung cancer patients was (6.69 ± 2.32)%, which was significantly higher than that in healthy controls (4.13 ± 1.25)% (P <0.01) The ratio of CD4 + CD25high T cells to CD4 + T cells in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer did not change significantly compared with the first visit. Conclusions: The ratio of CD4 + CD25h T cells to CD4 + T cells in peripheral blood of patients with small cell lung cancer is increased, and they have immunosuppressive effects on patients with small cell lung cancer.
