目的总结分析我院处方管理中存在的各种问题，从而提升医院处方管理质量。方法随机抽取我院1100张处方，按照我院处方管理规定和相关临床合理用药规则进行统计学分析。结果我院处方管理中存在各种问题，处方不合格率为7.7%，主要表现为书写不规范、用药不合理等。结论我院必须高度重视处方管理，基于现存问题提出有效解决方法，从而提高我院处方管理质量，赢得最大限度的社会效益。“,”Objective Summary analysis from al sorts of problems that exist in the prescription management,thereby improving the quality of hospital prescription management.Methods Randomly selected from 1100 prescription,according to the regulations of the hospital prescription management and related rules of clinical rational drug use for statistical analysis.Results The hospital prescription management, al kinds of problems in prescription is not percent of pass is 13.5%,main show is writing is not standard,unreasonable drug use,etc.Conclusion We must at ach great importance to the prescription management,based on existing problems put forward ef ective solutions,so as to improve the quality of our hospital prescription management,to win the maximum social benefits.
