为了合理利用粉煤灰,对含碳量较高的山东淄博某电厂粉煤灰进行了浮选脱碳试验研究,目的在于确定该粉煤灰的浮选效果以及最佳药剂制度。试验以捕收效果较强的柴油为捕收剂,FMH-5为起泡剂,分别考察了药剂用量、浮选时间、矿浆浓度、浮选机转速以及浮选机充气量等因素对浮选指标的影响。研究结果表明,在优化后的药剂制度与浮选机单机操作条件下,仅仅采用一次粗选的工艺流程可获得可燃体回收率84.27%,浮物可燃体含量55.05%,尾灰烧失量2.41%的较好结果。
