国外有关金黄地鼠临床血液学、生物化学正常值已有部分报道,国内尚未见到这方面的资料。本文选用外表健康的金黄地鼠,对它们的临床血液学、生物化学等近50个项目进行了正常值测定,结果如下。材料与方法 1.动物来源系用封闭群的1.5～3.0月龄、体重为60—120克的金黄地鼠,经剖检后选用巨观各脏器无病变者,计234只(雌147只、雄87只)。 2.操作方法上午空腹时,全部从颈静脉放血,先进行血液常规等检查,(红细胞比积容量测定选用草酸钾——草酸铵抗凝剂)。
