在修理钳工的工作中,经常遇到拆卸机床变速箱各种轴、销或法兰套的工作。过去通常采用在轴头盲孔拧上螺丝,加上压板和各种垫块把轴拔出的办法。这样干即麻烦又费力,有时还会因位置不合适而无法拆出。后来我们采用了,图1件3单一螺纹规格的卡把式拔轴法。虽然省事,但螺丝杆部位容易损坏。而且所拆各种轴粗细不等,轴头螺孔大小不一,用多种规格的丝头卡把既不经济也不可能。我们又采用了单一卡把多种规格接头螺丝图2。虽然操作中较方便,但接头螺丝还是容易损坏或丢失,给工作带来许多不便。
