通过对已完成实施的深港西部通道深圳湾公路大桥结构健康及安全监控预警系统(SZBHMS)的介绍,综合阐述了研发系统的构建和软件与硬件部分的内容。在系统中选用了基于美国NI公司虚拟仪器技术的数据采集设备硬件和基础软件产品,并采用了GPS技术时钟授时接收机等技术,指出了安全预警体系、结构状态识别和评估体系的技术实现途径。结果表明:系统能够协调运行,实现了预期设计功能,保证了SZWBHMS系统长期运行的高可靠性、实时性以及技术先进性。在国内首次取得了实施工程的创新性研究成果,为大跨径桥梁结构健康监测与安全预警系统的构建提供了借鉴。
Through the introduction of SZBHMS, a Shenzhen-Hong Kong Western Corridor bridge that has been implemented, the contents of R & D system construction and software and hardware components are comprehensively expounded. In this system, the hardware and basic software of data acquisition equipment based on the NI virtual instrument technology of the United States are selected, and the technology of GPS clock receiver is applied. The ways of realizing the technology of the safety early warning system, structural state identification and evaluation system are pointed out. . The results show that the system can run in coordination and achieve the expected design function, which ensures the high reliability, real-time and advanced technology of SZWBHMS system in long-term operation. For the first time in China, the innovative research results of the implementation of the project have been obtained, which provide references for the construction of long-span bridge structural health monitoring and safety early-warning system.
