采用正交数值模拟试验方法研究了不同参数对巷道两帮移近量和顶底板移近量的影响。选取6个因素(巷道宽度、巷道高度、埋深、侧压系数、围岩强度和支护强度)、3个水平的正交试验方案,进行FLAC数值模拟试验,运用方差分析法对模拟结果进行分析,并在井下进行工业性试验,结果表明:6个因素对巷道两帮移近量和顶底板移近量都有一定的影响,但影响程度不同。影响两帮移近量因素的程度大小的次序为:围岩强度>支护强度>埋深>侧压系数>巷道高度>巷道宽度;影响顶底板移近量因素的程度大小的次序为:围岩强度>支护强度>埋深>侧压系数>巷道宽度>巷道高度。井下试验结果与数值模拟结果基本相符,说明正交数值模拟方法对指导现场支护有一定的可靠性。
The effects of different parameters on the amount of approach and the amount of approach of top and bottom of two roadways are studied by orthogonal numerical simulation test. Six factors (tunnel width, roadway height, depth, lateral pressure coefficient, surrounding rock strength and supporting strength) were selected and three levels of orthogonal experiment scheme were selected to conduct FLAC numerical simulation test. The variance analysis method was used to simulate the results The results show that the six factors have some influence on the amount of nearly moving and the approach amount of roof and floor of the roadway, but the degree of influence is different. The order of influencing two factors is the surrounding rock strength> supporting strength> depth of burial> lateral pressure coefficient> roadway height> roadway width; Rock strength> Support strength> Depth of cut> Side pressure coefficient> Roadway width> Roadway height. The downhole test results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results, indicating that the orthogonal numerical simulation method has some reliability in guiding the on-site support.
