有效的课堂教学具有很多个衡量指标。其中,有效的课堂提问,师生的积极互动、高质量的课堂参与,有效的课堂活动时间,是其核心要素。他结合自己的教学体会认为:寻找师生互动的契合点及师生积极参与的方式方法,提高师生参与的质量和效果,强化提问的有效性和高效性,优化课堂活动时间,可以有效推动数学课堂教学走向高质量、高效率,促进学生真正获得可持续发展的数学能力和素养。
