本文介绍了水平往复抽条机械炉排的结构和工作原理,抽条炉排的燃烧特点、有关设计中的一些体会及运行实践。在四种型号和五百台锅炉产品上的使用情况表明,≤4吨/时的小型锅炉上采用它,是可靠的。它具有节约煤炭,省料省工,利于锅炉的整体布置,较易于解决炉排的侧密封,漏煤率不大和易于对旧有的固定炉排锅炉实现机械化改装等特点。尤以结构简单和利于炉型布置两大突出优点,在小型工业锅炉中比链条炉排和往复炉排更适应中国煤种多变的特点,目前的实践已经说明,它比链条炉排更利于强化燃烧燃用劣质煤和降低制造成本,它比往复炉排的运行安全性为高,燃烧效果更佳,比往复炉排更利于降低锅炉的总制造成本。
