目的:探讨周围型小肺癌动态增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)定量参数和~(18)F-2-脱氧葡萄糖正电子体层摄影/计算机体层摄影(~(18)F FDG PET/CT)最大标准摄取值(SUV_(max))的相关性。方法:27例最大径≤3 cm的周围型小肺癌行~(18)F FDG PET/CT及动态增强MR扫描。测量磁共振定量参数容量转运常数(K~(trans))、回流速率常数(K_(ep))、细胞外对比剂容积分数(V_e)及PET/CT最大标准摄取值(SUV_(max))。比较动态增强MRI三个定量参数值与SUV_(max)的相关性。结果:DCE-MRI的定量参数K~(trans)值、K_(ep)值分别与PET/CT半定量参数SUV_(max)之间存在正相关(P<0.05);而V_e与SUV_(max)无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:DCE-MRI定量参数K~(trans)值及K_(ep)值与SUV_(max)正相关,三者可共同反映周围型小肺癌的恶性特征。
Objective: To investigate the quantitative parameters of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) and ~ (18) F-2-deoxyglucose positron emission tomography / computed tomography in peripheral small lung cancer ) Maximum standard uptake value (SUV max (max)). Methods: Twenty-seven patients with peripheral small lung cancer ≤3 cm in diameter were studied with ~ (18) F FDG PET / CT and dynamic contrast-enhanced MR imaging. The transmembrane constants (K ~ (trans)), reflux rate constants (K ep), extracellular contrast medium volume fraction (V_e) and maximum PET / CT uptake value (SUV max) were measured. The correlation between three quantitative parameters of dynamic enhanced MRI and SUV max was compared. Results: There was a positive correlation between the quantitative value of K-trans and K ep value of DCE-MRI and SUV max of PET / CT (P <0.05) No correlation (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: There are positive correlation between K trans value and K ep value of DCE-MRI quantitative parameter and SUV max, which can all together reflect the malignant characteristics of peripheral small lung cancer.
