栗红蚧(Kermes nawae kuwana)又名板栗大球蚧,在我县板栗产区发生较为普遍,严重时对栗树生长、结实影响极大。野板栗和锥栗受害很少。为控制板栗这一主要枝梢害虫,我们从1994～1997年对该虫的生物学特性进行了调查、室内饲养和林间观察,并做了防治试验。 1 危害情况栗红蚧在我县主要危害板栗,以若虫和雌成虫刺吸树液,4～5月上旬雌成虫危害最盛。
