研究了不同浓度的NaCl溶液对罗布麻种子萌发的影响及复水后罗布麻种子的萌发情况。结果表明,NaCl对罗布麻种子的萌发有明显的抑制作用,种子的发芽率与盐浓度之间呈显著的负相关关系,种子萌发时盐胁迫的适宜值、临界值、极限值分别是0.30mol/L、0.60mol/L、0.90mol/L。盐胁迫解除后,罗布麻种子仍具较高的发芽率,且发芽速度和整齐度较高。
The effects of different concentrations of NaCl solution on the germination of Apocynum venetum L. seeds and the seed germination of Apocynum venetum were studied. The results showed that NaCl had a significant inhibitory effect on the germination of the seeds of Apocynum venetum L. The germination rate of the seeds was significantly negatively correlated with the salt concentration. The appropriate value, the critical value and the limit value of salt stress during seed germination were 0.30 mol /L, 0.60 mol / L, 0.90 mol / L. After the salt stress was relieved, the seeds of Apocynum venetum still had higher germination rate and higher germination speed and uniformity.
