研究了中医名方“逍遥散”中使药薄荷的主要有效成分薄荷醇对柴胡镇痛成分生物利用度的影响,发现薄荷醇可增强柴胡镇痛成分的吸收,使吸收速率增大2.6倍,吸收相半衰期缩短近三分之一,达峰时间提前1.6倍。研究结果提示,薄荷醇增强柴胡作用的主要原因,与薄荷醇的药理作用关系不大,提高柴胡的表观生物利用度可能是其作用原理之一。
To study the effect of menthol, the main effective ingredient of Herba Mentiana, on the bioavailability of Chaihu analgesic components in traditional Chinese medicine prescription “Xian Yao San” and found that menthol can increase the absorption of Chaihu analgesic and increase the absorption rate. At .6 times, the half-life of the absorption phase was shortened by almost one-third and the peak time was 1.6 times earlier. The results suggest that the main reason that menthol enhances the effect of Bupleurum has little relationship with the pharmacological effects of menthol. Increasing the apparent bioavailability of Bupleurum chinense may be one of its principles.
