目的:观察当归四逆汤加减结合贴敷对寒湿困脾型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组每组各40例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用当归四逆汤加减和穴位贴敷,两组连续治疗30 d后,观察临床综合效果、神经传导速度、血液流变学、血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标。结果:治疗组在临床综合效果、神经传导速度、血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标改善上均明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:当归四逆汤加减结合贴敷对于寒湿困脾型糖尿病周围神经病变明显提高临床治疗效果,优于传统西医单药治疗,值得大力推广。 OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of Dangguisiniyitang on the peripheral neuropathy of diabetes mellitus and spleen type diabetes mellitus. Methods: Eighty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment.
